How does the system work?

• Each time you enter or leave the conference hall, you must scan your E-badge at the entrance gateway of the session halls. If you do not scan your badge, the system will not record your credit hours.
• The system is designed to tally the duration of your stay for each session upon your scanning in and out. It is essential that you are present for at least 75% of the sessions to be eligible for the full CME/CPD credits available for each session.

When am I able to receive my CME/CPD certificate?

• The system will compute the aggregate of credit hours accrued based on your total participation at the conference. You will be able to access and print your continuing education certificate 20 working days after the conference concludes.
