Dr. Hanif Qureshi is a TEDx speaker and an Indian Police Service officer borne on the Haryana cadre. After doing B.Tech (Elect). and M.Tech. (IT) Hanif completed his MBA (OB) and Ph.D. in organizational citizenship behaviours (OCBs) from the University of Cincinnati, USA. He is an active scholar who has published 38 peer-reviewed articles in international journals and has written 2 books.

As the Chief Executive Officer of Haryana Wakf Board, he established the Mewat Engineering College at Nuh, Haryana. As Secretary, Dept of New and Renewable Energy, Govt of Haryana, he contributed towards many renewable energy policies and programs including PM Kusum scheme, Solar rooftop programme, biofuel policy, EV policy etc.

He has served as the Superintendent of Police of eight districts in Haryana and IGP of Hisar and Karnal ranges, apart from being the Commissioner of Police, in Faridabad, and Panchkula Haryana.

He is the CEO of the National Automotive Board, which supervises iCAT, Manesar, GARC, Chennai, and NATRAX, Indore. As Additional Secretary (Automobiles), Govt. of India, Dr. Qureshi has worked for the modernization of the Indian automobile industry. He administers the FAME India Scheme, PLI Auto and PLI ACC schemes in the Ministry of Heavy Industries, Govt. of India.

An alumnus of St. Stephen's College, Delhi did his Major in History. He has experience of over 30 years in Operations, Infra Planning, Coordination and Management at Field and Policy Making levels in Indian Railways with considerable success and appreciation. His performance has been recognised and awarded twice at the National level (National Award for e-Governance- 2019-20, for ‘Excellence in providing Citizen-Centric Delivery’ by Deptt. of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances, GoI, ‘National Award for Outstanding Service’ Ministry of Railways Govt. of India -2006) and thrice at the Ministry (of Railways) level. He also served as Dean of the Indian Railway Institute of Transport Management (IRITM), Lucknow, and General Manager Web Applications at the Centre for Railway Information Systems (CRIS). He has training and enrichment from Japan (Railway Management), Malaysia (ICLIF - Advance Management), Singapore (INSEAD-Advance Management), Germany (UIC) and the US (Oracle). He has represented India at multiple International Sustainable Mobility Conferences – Glasgow, London, Amsterdam, Leipzig and Berlin.

He is the Adviser at the NITI Aayog (National Institution for Transformation of India), the apex ‘Think Tank’ of the Govt. of India.

In charge of monitoring and promoting actions in the following areas to strengthen the economic and tourism relationship between Mexico and the countries covered by the Mexican Embassy in Delhi (India, Bangladesh, Maldives, Nepal and Sri Lanka):

I. Generate the diagnosis of the bilateral relationship in the economic, commercial and tourism fields. II. Design the Mexican promotion agenda with the authorities and actors of the countries in which the Embassy is accredited in the economic, commercial and tourism fields. III. Promote economic and commercial exchanges and encourage tourism to Mexico:

a) Monitor the agreements of the bilateral economic and tourism relationship and, when appropriate, propose their update or new areas of collaboration.
b) Attraction and support of investment projects towards Mexico.
c) Export promotion of Mexican products and services.
d) Support internationalization projects of Mexican companies.
e) Promotion of Mexico as a tourist destination.

Mr. Manish Raj Singhania is the President of FADA and Managing Partner of Ralas Motors, which has dealership of Mahindra and Mahindra Ltd. He was also the President of Raipur Automobile Dealers Associations (RADA) for the last 9 years. Possessing B.Com and MBA degrees, he is also engaged in Real Estate & Agriculture Business.

Mr. Singhania has been associated with FADA since last 14 years as a GC Member, State Chairperson, Treasurer, Secretary and Vice President.

He has been invited by various organizations to speak on different topics like Budget, GST, etc., and under his leadership, RADA has organized four very successful Auto Expos in Raipur and many CSR initiatives for betterment of Society & Trade.

Mr. Saurabh Dalela has been associated with Automotive Product Engineering, Powertrain, Vehicle Dynamics, Testing and Validation and Product Sign Off with his experiences being very active in both on-road and off-road segments. His career has been a confluence of both private as well as Govt. sector. He has worked with Global brands like Toyota, Daewoo, General Motors, Case New Holland, JCB and has also been associated with Govt. of India in the capacity of Additional Director, NATRIP and Director ICAT earlier, under the aegis of Ministry of Heavy Industries and Public Enterprises. Over the last 33 years, he has led portfolios like Product Development, Portfolio Strategy, Growth, Engineering, Innovation, Testing, and Infrastructure Planning & Execution and Product Engineering Sign Off. He has hands on experience with the development of Trucks, Buses, Cars, Tractors and CEVs.

In his new role as Director ICAT, Saurabh is responsible for all the current automotive certification / CMVR compliance. Further he would be responsible for bringing in research works and developing facilities for new technologies such as EV, Hydrogen, ADAS, Battery and Software.

Gopalakrishnan VC is the Director of Automotive and EV Sector at the Industries and Commerce Department, Government of Telangana. With a robust background in program management and business development, he previously held a key role at Igarashi Motors. His extensive experience also includes a significant tenure in operations at NTPC. Gopalakrishnan is an alumnus of the Indian School of Business (ISB), where he completed his Post Graduate Program in Management as part of the Class of 2014. He also holds a B.Tech degree from the National Institute of Technology (NIT) Calicut, graduating in the Batch of 2009. His diverse expertise spans across government, automotive, and energy sectors, making him a valuable asset in driving Telangana's initiatives in the automotive and electric vehicle industries.

Rajneesh Rana is a Head (Convergence) in Convergence Energy Services Limited (CESL), a subsidiary of EESL (an organization under administrative control of Ministry of Power, Government of India).

In CESL, main responsibility of Mr. Rana is to look after all Business verticals like e-Bus program, EV Changing Infrastructure, Electric 3 & 4 Vehicles and Gram Ujala. Prior to CESL, In EESL he has headed departments like Solar, Contracts & Procurement, Ag-DSM water pumping with overall 22 years of working experience. Represented EESL in many forums like United Nation, Minister of External Affairs programs, Delegation member for Ministry of Power etc.

As Director of United Automobiles, he transformed the dealership into an award-winning enterprise for M&M and Bajaj 2-Wheelers in Prayagraj, Faridabad, and Delhi, earning numerous accolades for dealer satisfaction, sales, and customer service.

In the education sector, Mr. Gulati is the Senior Vice President of United Group, overseeing a Medical College, University, and several colleges offering diverse programs in Medicine, Engineering, Pharmacy, Management, Law, and Journalism. Amit Bhatt is the ICCT’s Managing Director for India. He is based in New Delhi and has over 20 years of experience in transportation, urban development, and management. Before joining ICCT, Amit was Executive Director for Integrated Transport at WRI India for 12 years. Prior to the World Resources Institute he worked with the Urban Mass Transit Company, India’s leading urban transport consultancy, and with Infrastructure Leasing & Financial Services. He has also served as an adjunct faculty member at the School of Planning and Architecture in New Delhi. Amit has a bachelor’s degree in architecture and a master’s degree in transport planning from the School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi. Amit also has a master’s degree in economics and a diploma in transport economics and management.

Dr. Amitabh Saran has over 31 years of experience, firstly with institutions like TCS, Philips, NASA, & Hewlett-Packard; and then also with startups like TriVium and BuzzInTown, which he co-founded. Through his career, he has focused on delivering innovative solutions to consumers, based on contemporary and futuristic technologies.

Passionate about clean energy & automobiles, Dr. Saran is the Founder/CEO of Altigreen Propulsion Labs based in Bangalore which develops high-efficiency electric mobility solutions in Last Mile Transport for India and the Emerging Economies. A true embodiment of Made-in-India & Made-for-India, Altigreen has been designing, developing, testing and manufacturing proprietary Electric Vans, with Ecommerce and FMCG companies using them across 120 cities & towns in India.

Amitabh has a Ph.D. in Computer Science from University of California, Santa Barbara, and has published numerous papers & books on software engineering and distributed computing. He is a co-inventor in over 31 global patents.
