Apart from heading the Design Department, he also held the additional charge of Executive Director, Vishnugad-Pipalkoti Hydro Electric Project (VPHEP) 444MW. He has various prestigious achievements to his credit while working with the Tehri, Koteshwar and Vishnugad-Pipalkoti hydro projects. He is a Hons. Loknath Behera, IPS (Retd.) is a distinguished former law enforcement officer who served as Director General of Police & State Police Chief, Kerala until June 2021. With 16 years in NIA and CBI, he has extensive experience in counter-terrorism, anti-corruption, and central government operations. A pioneer in police modernisation and cyber security, he received the NASSCOM Lifetime Achievement Award for his leadership in cybercrime investigation. Mr. Stefan Kliesch is the Head of the Energy Team at KfW's Delhi office. Sanjiva de Silva is based in New Delhi and leads Australia's bilateral energy, resources, and climate change partnerships with India. He played a key role in shaping engagement on critical minerals, including the KABIL-CMO MoU, driving major joint investments in lithium and cobalt mining and processing. He was also instrumental in designing the Australia-India Renewable Energy Partnership, launched by Prime Ministers Modi and Albanese in November 2024.

An international lawyer and trade negotiator by background, Sanjiva served as Australia's lead investment negotiator for the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (2015-2018) and represented Australia in the G20 Climate and Sustainability Working Group (2019). As a climate science and policy researcher, he uses integrated assessment models to evaluate least-cost mitigation pathways and the role of deep decarbonisation technologies such as green hydrogen and carbon capture and storage. At CEEW, he leads the team on four broad areas - energy transition and industrial decarbonisation; carbon management through carbon pricing and carbon capture utilisation and sequestration; ESG and circular economy; and innovation and R&D.

Hemant has experience working in several geographies, including North America and South East Asia. Hemant holds a dual M.S. in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from Pennsylvania State University and a B.E. in Production Engineering from Mumbai University.

Arun Krishnan is the Program Director for Climate Finance at WRI India. He has over 15 years of experience in deal advisory, climate/project finance, and public-private partnerships in the areas of urban infra, transport and airports. Prior to joining WRI, he led the India regional program of the Global Innovation Lab in Climate Finance, at Climate Policy Initiative, where he helped develop innovative climate finance instruments. He also led the urban and transport work at CPI India. Prior to CPI, he worked in consulting - assisting governments and the private sector in the areas of project financing, policy development etc. In addition, he was a visiting faculty at IIM Kashipur, IIM Shillong among others.
