Ruchir Agrawal is presently heading the Treasury and Corporate Finance function of IndianOil as Chief General Manager (Corporate Finance & Treasury). Also, he is currently serving as a member of the Board for three Indian Oil subsidiaries viz. IOCL Explorational & Production Oman Ltd., Beximco IOC Petroleum & Energy Limited, IOC Sweden AB.

He joined IndianOil in the year 1994 and has worked at various locations in divergent positions covering departments like International Trade, Treasury and Business Development. He has represented IndianOil at various forums both in India & abroad and presented on Treasury function and Corporate Finance.

Mr Agrawal is a Fellow member of the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India and the Institute of Chartered Ship Brokers, London.
