Raman Deep Singh Dhillon is presently the General Manager (Head IRIS) – Project Anubhav, Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd.

Mr Dhillon carries a rich experience of over 28 years in Oil & Gas with a key focus on profitability & customer experience. He has successfully implemented a digital transformation initiative of a unified technology platform to improve operational efficiency and enhance customer experience. He also holds extensive experience in Sales & Marketing, Network Expansion, Revenue Growth & Operations in Lubricants, LPG & Fuel Retailing. He has been actively engaged in the rollout and implementation of key government initiatives in LPG like PMUY and DBTL.

Mr Dhilllon completed his degree in Mechanical Engineering from Punjab Engineering College, Chandigarh, Punjab University and did his MBA in Marketing from ICFAI, Dehradun. Besides this, He has completed certificate programmes in Digital Transformation, Leadership & Management, and Execution Management.
