Elets IBAB 2025 organised by Elets Technomedia & Elets BrandStory intends to celebrate and honour the creative, innovative and unwavering forces of the Marketing & Advertising industry contributing to the success of the branding world in India.

Q3. What Are The Eligibility Requirements?

Eligibility
  • This award is open to agencies, brands, production houses, design studios, creative studios, and content creators for their clients.
  • All work submitted must have client approval.
Entry Guidelines
  • A single piece of work may be submitted in multiple categories if relevant.
  • Work submitted must have been released between January 1, 2024 and June 30, 2025.
  • The client must approve all entries before submission.
  • Once an entry is submitted and evaluated by the jury, it cannot be withdrawn.
  • The Elets BrandStory and IBAB Summit & Awards 2025 team reserves the right to use submissions for promotional purposes.
  • Non-English or non-Hindi entries must be translated or subtitled in English for jury consideration.
  • Please ensure all creative assets are submitted in high resolution. (10 MB)
Results
  • The jury’s decision will be final and binding.
  • There will be no pre-event shortlist. Winners will be announced on the website.
  • Entry fee payment is mandatory and not dependent on the outcome.

Jury Process & Results

  • The Jury for the IBAB Summit & Awards 2025 will consist of respected senior marketing leaders and creative agency executives from across India.
  • Entries will be judged solely based on the submitted material. Ensure that your entry is complete, client-approved, and showcases the strongest aspects of your work.
  • The evaluation will focus on the strength of the idea, content, design, engagement, and innovation.
  • In each category, awards will be given only if the entry crosses the minimum scoring threshold:
  • Gold: Must be the top scorer in the category and receive a minimum average score of 7 from the jury.

    Silver: Minimum average jury score of 6.

    Bronze: Minimum average jury score of 5.

  • The jury's decision will be final and binding.
  • There will be no shortlist announced in advance; winners will be declared directly on the official website.
  • Please note: Entry fee payment is mandatory and is not dependent on the award outcome.

Award Categories

13 categories and 93 sub-categories

Entry Fees

  • Early Bird Fee: ₹16,000 per entry
  • Final Fee: ₹18,000 per entry
  • All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. Payment is mandatory for consideration.

Special Awards

Participants will earn points based on the medals they win:
  • Gold: 30 points
  • Silver: 20 points
  • Bronze: 10 points
  • For example, a participant winning one Gold, one Silver, and one Bronze will earn a total of:
    30 + 20 + 10 = 60 points
Titles Awarded
  • The participant with the highest number of points in each class will receive the following titles:
  • Brand of the Year
  • Agency of the Year
  • Marketing Company of the Year

All participants will be automatically considered for these titles — no additional entry fee is required.

Tie-Breaker Rule

  • In the event of a tie in total points, the participant with the higher number of Gold awards will be declared the winner.
  • Note: Awards will be given to the individual brand, not the parent group.

  • Gold IBAB – 30 Points
  • Silver IBAB – 20 Points
  • Bronze IBAB – 10 Points
