Elets Startup Awards 2024 Submission Process

Welcome to the Elets Startup Awards 2024! We're excited that you're considering entering this prestigious event. Here’s a simple guide to help you submit your entry successfully:

1. Create Your Account/Log In

To start your entries, you need to be registered and logged in. If you don't have an account, head to 'Nominate Now' on our homepage and follow the prompts to create one.

2. Select Your Categories

Check out the categories on our website or via the main menu. After understanding what each category entails, select the one(s) that best fits your work. Once selected, review your choices and proceed to the next step.

3. Fill in Your Entry Details

Each entry requires essential information about your startup or project. Complete all fields to provide the jury with a comprehensive view of your work. Attach any relevant documents or links that support your entry.

4. Save Your Progress

Don’t risk losing your hard work! Regularly save your progress. You can always return and edit your entry by logging in and selecting ‘Edit Nomination Form’.

5. Complete Payment

Once satisfied with your entries, contact our awards team at [awards team email] for payment instructions. You'll need to provide your GST, PAN, and TAN details for invoice generation.

Please Note: This competition is open for startups and initiatives launched or significantly active between 1st January 2023 and 31st December 2023. There will be no refunds once payment is submitted.

Guidelines for Entry Write-Up:

The entry write-up should comprise two sections: Main Entry and Supporting Material.
The main entry description should be at most maximum word limit of 2000 Characters in each field. A concise write-up that covers all salient points related to the category is recommended as supporting material.
Supporting material may include videos/AVs, campaigns, pictures, etc.

What makes for a good entry?

When crafting a compelling entry for the Elets Startup Awards, consider the following key elements, tailored for the startup perspective:

Adherence to Submission Guidelines and Word Limit: Strictly follow the provided template and stay within the specified word count. This is crucial for ensuring that the jury can review your submission efficiently and without bias. Overlong entries may not be as effective in conveying your message.
Clarity and Precision: Your entry should be easy to understand and interpret. Avoid jargon and overly complex explanations. A clear, concise, and straightforward presentation of your startup's achievements and innovations is more impactful.
Align Results with Objectives: Clearly outline your startup's goals and demonstrate how your outcomes have met or exceeded these objectives. This approach highlights the effectiveness and success of your strategies and innovations.
Demonstrate Adaptability and Innovation: Startups are all about innovation and adaptability. Showcase how your startup has embraced flexibility and creative thinking, especially in response to challenges or changing market conditions. Highlight any unique or disruptive solutions your startup has developed.
Include Relevant Supporting Materials: Enhance your entry with pertinent supporting materials like case studies, screenshots, product demos, or user testimonials. These elements provide tangible evidence of your claims and help paint a vivid picture of your startup's achievements and impact.

Important Points:

Adhere to the specified file size and formats.
Payment should be completed within a week of entry submission to ensure acceptance.
Entries not following these guidelines will be disqualified.
